Order Processing

Orders are usually dispatched from our Ferntree Gully warehouse within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Services

We use Australia Post, Aramex, StarTrack and other suitable delivery partners depending on the destination, parcel size and service availability.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is generally 1–7 business days after dispatch. Rural and remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays and peak periods such as Christmas.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after collection.

Delivery Issues

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info.speedyplus@gmail.com and we will assist with the carrier enquiry.
